Refund-Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

In order for any Lucidteck product to qualify for a return, you must provide the original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to submit a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough (brand new) condition to qualify for a return. Kindly note we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to Lucidteck as well as the shipping of all replacement items back to customer.


  1. Exchange or Return is possible only within 3 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
  2. No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
  3. No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, Cartridges & Toners.
  4. Any Refund will be in the form of Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo only, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund or credit card refund will be allowed.
  5. Selected products as “On request” items are not possible to be returned.
  6. Customers from outside UAE are responsible for the shipping costs back to office in Dubai.
  7. These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
  1. The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you and Lucidteck by the original manufacturer (factory sealed, without any damage). Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.
  2. The following Lucidteck items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:
  • Accessories
  • Monitors
  • Laptops
  • Software products






Supplier and/or Manufacturer Restrictions

Some of the suppliers/manufacturers of Lucidteck may have restrictions that prevent our customer service staff from processing your return/exchange, credit or replacement request.  Any requests for exchange/return, refund, credit, repair or replacement for these items must be handled directly through the manufacturer and/or supplier. These products will not be handled by the Lucidteck customer service crew. You can find return/exchange policy information about those particular products by visiting the supplier and/or manufacturer website directly.


Refund Policy

In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through Lucidteck and it qualifies under the information provided in this policy, you will receive that refund in the form of a Store Credit Voucher (redeemable store credit code). Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Lucidteck does not provide cash or credit refunds. All Store Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the Lucidteck store within six months of issue.

All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a Lucidteck customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. Lucidteck reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to this policy.
